We had a Great Time @ the Seahorse !

Chris stepped in to cover Mardi's part this time (while she vacationed in Hawai'i !) so that Lovin' Harmony could join Marianna August at her gig at the Sausalito Seahorse.
Judy and Ricki also sang solos and duets, taking turns covering for Mardi.
We enjoyed playing with a new-to-us group of musicians which included a vibraphonist and a pianist who also doubled on accordion! we hope top work with them again on one of our own gigs.

Valentine's Day @ Sonoma Hills

We returned to Sonoma Hills today for a return engagement, with Chris covering for Ricki. We tweaked our set list a bit in order to feature exclusively up-beat love songs.
Chris and Judy each invited a friend who lived in the vicinity to be our guest at the show. They were very impressed and complimentary. At the end of the show, Pat, the activity director, presented us each with a lovely red rose and a heater-shaped box of chocolates!
We'll be returning to Sonoma Hills on April 20 for a Mother-Daughter tea and for that performance they are offering us enough money to be able to bring in one of our talented pianists to accompany us.

Chris stepped up today for her first full performance and did a fine job as Lovin' Harmony entertained for an hour to our backing tracks at a private birthday party in San Rafael.
It was a lively all-ages party for 50+ guests, quite different from our usual quiet audience of seniors giving us their full attention! We had a blast and the guest-of-honor/hostess was very pleased.

Another fun show @ the O-M JCC

We had a great turnout for our show at the Shabbat Lunch at the JCC in Marin. Some of the folks who had seen our previous shows brought new friends to see us.
We also had some guests of our own who were delighted to have the chance to see our show.
Unfortunately, our wonderful pianist Si Perkoff came down with a nasty cold and had to bow out. Luckily, we have our custom backing tracks for the complete show which we had previously recorded with the equally talented pianist Ross Gualco, so the show went on without a hitch, and everyone had a great time singing along to the tunes that took them back to their glory days.
After the show we were booked for a return engagement in October. That will be our fourth show at the JCC in 2013. We have a lot of fun bringing so much joy to that crowd.
